Dear Residents’

I am please to be able to confirm that the Manor Close Residents’ Association have now taken legal ownership and control of the Eastern Boundary Fence.

The Officers/Directors of the limited company setup by members of the MCRA committee and working on behalf of the Manor Close Residents’ Association will now take responsibility for overseeing the Maintenance and Security of Eastern Boundary Fence.

We will be writing to all interested parties including Canterbury City Council Highways Department informing them of “change of ownership” and that it is our intention to ensure that the Boundary Fence is properly maintained and ownership is observed and any sections that have been recently altered, must now be reinstated.

Finally, on behalf of the Residents’ Association I would like to take this opportunity of thanking all MCRA members for there help and support in bringing this matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
